The Ring Loading System was designed for men that might have problems loading the Support Rings by hand, due to arthritis or Parkinson's disease.  This system will help stretch the Support Ring over the Loading Cone onto the Penile Tube by simply pressing down on the Ring Loader with one fluid motion.
