The Adapter Bushing is placed inside the Penile Tube before the user places the tube against his body.  The Adapter Bushing aides in fitting the tube to the penis, helps create a proper air tight seal for the vacuum, and offers a softer feel against the body than the penile tube alone.  

The Pos-T-Vac Adapter Bushings are molded from a medical grade elastomer that is hygienic and long lasting.

The Adapter Bushings come in three sizes:

'A' or Large - Inside diameter 1 7/8" inches

'B' or Medium - Inside diameter 1 3/4" inches

'C' or Small - Inside Diameter 1  5/8" inches

Each of these Adapter Bushings will fit the Pos-T-Vac Standard Penile Tube.

These Adapter Bushings will NOT fit the Large Penile Tube.
